When planning our staff team building trip to Majorca, we reached out to Connected Mallorca and safe to say, we couldn't have done the trip without them. Their knowledge of the area and recommendations were excellent. The customer service experience was first class and gave me peace of mind know we were in safe hands. Connected Mallorca organised a transport service for our team of 13, from airport pick up, every experience on the trip and drop off. They were on time every time and the transport was beautiful, clean and a really friend driver the entire time. Great experience! Booked several transfers with Shane with excellent service. He also saved a hen do of 13 girls, who were let down on the day for plans they had already made elsewhere by getting them into another beach club party on a Saturday on the same day! Highly recommend.

Shane was incredible. We were flying out to Mallorca for our wedding end of August for a week before with the girls and boys separately, Shane arranged beach clubs for both groups, helped source boys and girls villas and recommended some beautiful places for dinners and drinks. He even arranged an incredible private chef for us at the girls villa the night before which was the best. For our wedding he arranged all the transport for us and our 80 guests as it was in the middle of nowhere and also recommended an on the day coordinator for us, Jo, who was amazing! After the wedding, he arrange private yacht trips for Paul & I, sorted tables for dinners and drinks and recommended heaps of places. Shane was nothing short of the best and i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone visiting the beautiful island. Thanks again Shane!

We feel very lucky to have found Shane and Connected Mallorca! Coming from the States, we were not very familiar with the island, and received a referral for Shane in a travel forum. Shane was easy to communicate with, provided all the details, made excellent suggestions, and overall gave us peace of mind. Shane helped us to arrange a full day yacht charter and also arranged one of the best tables, right along the beach, at Siso, for a delicious lunch! Icing on the cake was that Shane showed up to meet us and make sure that all the arrangements were excellent – a classy, and appreciated, VIP touch for sure. Wish we had found Shane earlier in our process of planning our time in Mallorca, as he clearly has the connections and the knowledge to pull off high end, luxury experiences.
