Connected Premium Membership Terms
These Membership Terms outline the basis upon which Connected Premium services are provided. By activating your membership, you agree to the following terms.
1. Membership
Connected Premium is a private, application-based membership operated by Connected Mallorca.
Membership is offered at the discretion of Connected Mallorca and may be limited or refused without obligation to provide reason.
Membership is intended for personal use by the approved member and their immediate household unless otherwise agreed.
2. Membership Services
Connected Premium provides concierge assistance, recommendations, access to partner privileges and lifestyle support services in Mallorca.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Restaurant reservations
Beach club bookings
Transport arrangements
Boat charters
Wellness and fitness bookings
Event recommendations and invitations
Local recommendations and lifestyle assistance
All bookings, reservations and requests remain subject to availability and confirmation by third-party providers.
3. Concierge Communication
Members communicate with the Connected Premium concierge team primarily via their dedicated WhatsApp concierge group.
Standard concierge operating hours are communicated within the member onboarding process and may vary seasonally.
While we always aim to assist where possible, responses outside normal operating hours cannot be guaranteed.
4. Partner Privileges & Offers
Connected Premium members may receive access to partner benefits, offers, priority access and privileges.
These benefits are provided by third-party partners and may change, be withdrawn or become unavailable at any time without notice.
Connected Mallorca cannot guarantee availability of specific offers, reservations, upgrades or experiences.
5. Fair Use
Connected Premium is designed to provide a high-touch and personalised concierge experience.
Members are expected to use the service reasonably and respectfully. Connected Mallorca reserves the right to limit or refuse requests considered excessive, inappropriate, abusive or outside the intended scope of the membership.
6. Payments & Renewals
Membership fees are charged annually and are payable in advance.
Unless otherwise stated, membership payments are non-refundable once membership access has been activated.
Renewal invitations and future pricing will be communicated prior to the end of the membership period.
7. Third-Party Services
Connected Mallorca acts as a concierge and intermediary service.
Restaurants, hotels, transport providers, yacht companies, event organisers and other suppliers remain fully responsible for the delivery of their own services.
Connected Mallorca shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, pricing changes or service quality of third-party providers.
8. Member Conduct
Connected Premium is intended to maintain a respectful, discreet and professional environment for both members and partners.
Connected Mallorca reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where behaviour is considered abusive, inappropriate or damaging to the reputation of the membership or its partners.
9. Privacy
Member information is handled confidentially and used solely for the operation and improvement of Connected Premium services.
By activating membership, members agree to reasonable communication relating to concierge services, member updates and Connected Premium communications.
10. Changes to Membership
Connected Mallorca reserves the right to evolve, improve or modify aspects of the membership, partner network, operating structure and member benefits over time.
