Private Catering - Terms and Conditions
By booking our Private Chef Christmas Dining Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
1.2 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled event.
1.3 Bookings made less than 7 days before the event date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date will receive a refund of any amount paid, minus the 50% deposit.
2.2 Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.
2.3 In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
3. Menu Selection and Dietary Requirements
3.1 Menu choices and any dietary requirements must be finalised no later than 7 days prior to the event.
3.2 We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements; however, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens as meals are prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens.
4. Chef and Service Arrangements
4.1 Our chefs will need to arrive approximately 2-4 hours before the agreed serving time to prepare your meal.
4.2 Clients must provide access to a fully functioning kitchen with essential appliances and utensils. Please inform us in advance of any limitations.
4.3 Service includes preparation, serving, and basic clean-up. Additional services (e.g., waiting staff or bar services) may incur extra charges.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Prices are quoted per menu and per group size. Any changes to group size or menu selection after booking may result in additional charges.
5.2 All payments must be made via bank transfer or other approved methods outlined in your booking confirmation.
6. Liability
6.1 Connected Mallorca and its chefs will take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of the food served. However, we accept no liability for any adverse reactions to the food or ingredients supplied.
6.2 Connected Mallorca is not responsible for any damage to the client’s property caused by normal use of the kitchen or equipment.
7. Force Majeure
7.1 Connected Mallorca is not liable for any failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, power outages, or other unforeseen emergencies.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1 Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our service and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1 Connected Mallorca reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients as necessary.
